Using additional services and settings with Packrooster
When using Packrooster Shipping to fulfill Shopify orders, it is beneficial to be aware of the additional services and settings that you can adjust before the fulfillment.
For example, sometimes you want to create the shipment as multiple parcel shipment or you want to add an extra service from the shipping carrier to the parcel, for example ”fragile” or ”contains hazardous material”.
You can find all of these settings by opening up the additional services and settings from the Packrooster Shipping order view.
From here you can, for example
- Choose the amount of packages for the parcel. This prints out the exact amount of shipping labels numbered like 1 / 2 and 2 / 2.
- Choose additional services for the parcel. Additional services available depend on the carrier that is being used.
- You can also adjust the parcel weight and description here.
