Introducing new pricing plans for Packrooster Shipping
As Packrooster Shipping's userbase and features have grown significantly over the years, it's become clear that our pricing hasn't been the perfect fit for all merchants. Now we're changing that.
Fair pricing for all Shopify merchants
New pricing gives you freedom to choose the right plan - and change it whenever needs evolve. Pricing is now based on chosen plan, features needed and shipment volume - as it should be. Starting from a free plan for smaller merchants all the way to the $299 / month Enterprise Plan for the high rollers - and everything in between.
For new app installations this pricing is effective immediately. Current users can use their ongoing plan until DD.MM.YYYY, but can change their plan already from Shopify admin → Packrooster Shipping → Settings → Plans.
Fair pricing for all.
Our current pricing is based solely on your Shopify Plan, which assumes that the plan reflects your store's size, shipping volume, and feature needs. Over time, we've found this model to be increasingly inaccurate and unfair for many merchants.
For example:
- with multiple localized storefronts have paid full Plus-level pricing, despite only processing a small number of shipments through some of those stores.
- have often paid more than necessary for features they don’t use or need.
- for order handling have continued to pay full monthly fees, even if only a small part of Packrooster’s features are in use.
What’s better about the new pricing?
- It’s based on actual usage and feature needs, not on your Shopify subscription tier.
- Every store can choose the plan that suits them best – and change it anytime as needs evolve.
- Enterprise-level featuresoffered at half the previous cost, making them accessible to more stores than ever before.
We believe this new pricing better reflects how Packrooster is used across different types and sizes of stores – and ensures that you're only paying for what you actually need.
We’ll be sharing the full details of the new pricing and transition timeline shortly. In the meantime, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re here to help.
