Approosters is looking for a Technical Support/Product Specialist to join our growing team!

We are seeking a problem solver who can understand technical concepts and values customer satisfaction above all. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the international e-commerce industry, helping online stores operate more efficiently worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with onboarding and using our applications
• Improving customer service and satisfaction
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Handling various customer support tasks
• Contributing to the design and development of our applications
• Recording development ideas and collaborating with our partner network

We expect you to have:

• Excellent language skills in Finnish and English
• A strong technical understanding of IT
• Experience in customer service
• Great communication skills
• Motivation for continuous development

Considered a plus:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages
• Experience in website maintenance

Approosters is a growing company from Joensuu, specializing in Shopify apps. We develop order processing and logistics integration applications for online stores using the Shopify platform. Shopify is a rapidly growing e-commerce platform with over 4 million active stores. Online retailers, from small businesses to publicly traded companies, trust Shopify – and all of them are potential customers for us.

More than 1,000 Shopify merchants around the world use our products daily, and we are growing rapidly. Our cozy office is located in Joensuu, on the top floor at the north side of the marketplace.

Job details:

• Start date: As agreed
• Salary: Based on the Tipal TES agreement + experience and skills + employee benefits
• Starting salary range: approx. €2,400 – €3,200 per month
• The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found
