Shipping setup involves a handful of decisions that are easy to miss when you are looking at a blank settings page. The wizard puts those steps in order and guides you through them, so a new store can go from install to first shipment with less back and forth. We have since added dedicated onboarding for new Matkahuolto customers as well.
